Join our All-Levels Bluegrass Ensemble! Open to acoustic instruments including: guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, dobro, and upright bass. Just bring your instrument and be ready to jam. The workshop wraps up with a live performance. Please read all the information before signing up.

10-Week Bluegrass Ensemble - Spring Session at Butterscotch Studios - Led by the fabulous Janeen Bogue with help from Monica LaBonte. This 10-week bluegrass ensemble program at Butterscotch Studios is designed for musicians of All-Levels looking to explore the bluegrass world, expand their repertoire, and collaborate in a dynamic group setting. Open to acoustic bluegrass instruments including: guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, dobro, and upright bass.
Participants should know and comfortably switch between C, D, G, and A
1 Ticket per instrument/per person
These workshops are designed to:
Provide guidance and coaching for people who want to play music together in an encouraging and supportive environment
Dig into the nuances of bluegrass jamming, including kickoffs and endings, soloing, harmony singing and leading a song
