When it comes to drumming, there are three fundamental building blocks:

We will enhance our personal and collective understanding of these concepts by playfully exploring a variety of rhythms. With minimal explanation, the drum will guide you to the peace you seek. There is no rhythm without presence; when that presence emerges, energy and ecstasy follow. However, nothing worth doing comes easy, so expect to challenge both your body and mind in this pursuit.
