“Creativity and the Algorithm” An immersive discussion about AI and creativity.
Story circles are informal conversations built around a theme. Everyone gets to participate, and everyone’s story is welcome. Join us to share your thoughts, concerns or hopes about AI, how it affects you as a creative, and how it will affect our future. A discussion will follow after everyone has a chance to share.
Karrie Steely is an artist, instructor, and community builder through the arts. She is passionate about sharing the gifts of a lifelong commitment to creativity and curiosity.
Karrie’s award-winning artwork has been exhibited in Colorado, Nebraska and Kansas. Recent projects included an artist residency at the Robert Henri Museum and Gallery where she taught workshops, and leading community murals in Nebraska. She was a 2023-2025 Rural Regenerator Fellow with Springboard for the Arts where she led story circles about AI with regional creatives. She recently…
