In Level 1 we explored the foundations: the 9 types, how to identify your type, and how the Enneagram can support your relationships and self-awareness. In Level 2, we’ll go beneath the surface and explore what drives each type from the inside out.
What we’ll explore:
The deeper motivations beneath each type (what’s driving the pattern under the surface)
Core fears, desires, and defense strategies that shape how each type copes and protects
Growth paths for each type including what integration can look like in real life
The role of the nervous system and how reactivity shows up through type patterns
