There are so many levels to the depth of our humanity. We are spirit connected to everything alive in the world. We are physical body that stores memories and experiences in every fiber. We are emotional creatures, trained throughout life to press through yet suppress the heart.
Our heart, brain and our body are the major points of awareness in our being, but if we don’t live intentionally they can be cut off from one another. When all three are aware of one another we can experience our authentic self, heart and voice on a whole new level.
