Miguel Halverson-Ramos

Miguel has been teaching individual music lessons since 1992.  During this time he has also performed with string quartets, orchestras, chamber ensembles, and pop music groups - where he gained experience with the electric viola and violin, using improvisation, and playing various styles like folk, rock, country, Latin jazz, and salsa dance music. 

Miguel enjoys helping students use effective practice to develop their musicianship and performance in whatever setting they may have: school orchestra, youth symphony, community music group, alternative rock band...or just playing for personal enjoyment.
