Penina Eisenberg
(she/her)
Instructor: Voice, French Horn, Music Theory
Penina (Nina) Eisenberg is a professional musical theatre performer who has worked in Colorado for over three years. With a Bachelor's of Music in Music Theater from Oklahoma City University, she has rigorously trained in many areas of singing, including musical theatre, classical, pop/rock, and folk. Nina has also played the French horn for over a decade and has even performed with it on stage!
Nina grew up in Longmont and is so excited to return home and for the opportunity to help students foster their relationships with singing and their own voices. Nina believes that singing is inherent to the human experience and everyone should feel comfortable using their voices, whether on American Idol or weekend karaoke. Nina utilizes many tools from their training and loves approaching voice from both a scientific and organic approach, emphasizing the voice's relationship with the entire body as an athletic endeavor.
