Sam Mallouf earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art and Art History from San Francisco State University. Sam loves exploring diverse creative mediums but leans most toward gouache, oil, and mixed-media sculpture.

 

After graduating she and her dad built a tiny house, where she lived before marrying Laura in September, 2024. With a lifelong passion for creativity and community, Sam co-founded Butterscotch Studios in Longmont, Colorado, alongside her wife Laura in December 2024.

Butterscotch Studios represents Sam and Laura's shared commitment to creating an inclusive space where art and music can grow and thrive. Sam is dedicated to fostering opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to explore their creative potential and build meaningful connections.

Community is incredibly important to Sam. So, in addition to Butterscotch Studios, she also works as a grant writer and consultant for local non-profits.
